1. Who We Are & What We Provide
CCIE Lab Portal ("we," "us," "the Company") provides remote, browser-based access to virtual and hybrid networking lab environments ("Labs") for the purpose of self-directed study toward vendor networking certification exams, including but not limited to Cisco CCIE tracks. Access is delivered via SSH/VNC through a web browser to pre-configured lab topologies ("Pods"), accompanied by written lab guides.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ccielab.net, the customer portal, and all associated Lab access purchased through us. By creating an account or purchasing Lab hours, you agree to these Terms.
2. Independence from Cisco Systems
CCIE Lab Portal is an independent training provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with Cisco Systems, Inc., or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.
"CCIE," "Cisco," "DevNet," and related marks are trademarks of Cisco Systems, Inc. Any reference to these marks is used solely for the nominative purpose of describing the certification tracks our training addresses.
3. Nature of What You Purchase - License, Not Ownership
When you purchase Lab hours, you are purchasing a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access our Pods and accompanying lab guides for personal, individual study use.
You do not acquire any ownership interest in our infrastructure, software, lab topologies, guidebooks, or curriculum.
Lab hours are sold in fixed bundles (e.g., 10-hour, 30-hour packages) at the pricing displayed at time of purchase. Hours are deducted from your account balance as they are consumed via scheduled Pod bookings.
4. Hour Bundles - No Expiration
Purchased Lab hours do not expire. They remain on your account balance indefinitely until used.
5. Scheduling, Booking & No-Shows
Lab hours are consumed by booking scheduled sessions on our Pods, in one-hour increments, through the customer dashboard. Pods are a shared, finite resource, and bookings reserve capacity that would otherwise be available to other customers.
Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session start time. Once a session is within 24 hours of its start time, the cancel option is disabled in the dashboard and the booking is final.
If you fail to attend a scheduled Pod session, whether or not it fell within the 24-hour cancellation window, and you did not cancel it while cancellation was available, the reserved hours are deducted from your account balance.
No refund or hour credit is issued for a no-show. Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.
6. Account Use & Pod Sharing
Your account and any active Pod session are for your individual use only. You may not:
- Share your login credentials with any other person, or allow another individual to use your booked session time.
- Use a single Pod booking to provide simultaneous or sequential access to multiple people.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Lab access, lab guides, or any curriculum materials.
- Use the Lab environment for any purpose outside the scope of the applicable course, including as general-purpose compute, a jump host to external networks, port scanning, or any activity unrelated to the assigned lab exercises.
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with usage monitoring, session limits, or security controls on the Pods.
- Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to extract or download lab guides, curriculum materials, or other content from the platform.
- Introduce malware, viruses, or execute denial-of-service attacks against the platform or lab infrastructure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of this section, without refund of remaining hours, at our reasonable discretion.
7. Payments
We accept payment via PayPal and Stripe. All prices are listed and charged in [USD, unless otherwise stated]. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed with PayPal or Stripe on a transaction, we may suspend the associated account and Lab access pending resolution of the dispute.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve a billing issue may be treated as a violation of these Terms.
8. No Outcome Guarantee
Lab access and course materials are provided for educational and training purposes only.
We do not guarantee that use of our Labs will result in passing any certification exam, achieving any specific certification, or any employment or career outcome.
Certification exam results are determined solely by the relevant certification vendor and testing body (e.g., Cisco Systems, Inc. for CCIE tracks).
9. Intellectual Property

10. Service Availability
We aim to keep Pods and the customer portal available and performant but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or factors outside our control may cause temporary unavailability.
In the event of a confirmed extended outage affecting a scheduled session, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the affected session or credit the equivalent hours to your account; this does not extend to general internet connectivity issues on your end.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CCIE Lab Portal and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Labs or the website, including but not limited to loss of study time, exam results, or business opportunities.
